Indication
Solufos is indicated for the treatment of the following severe infections:
Deep skin infections, cystitis, otitis media, sinusitis, stye, dacryocystitis, infectious enteritis.
Dosage
Adults: 2 - 3 g fosfomycin 3 or 4 times daily.
Children: 40 - 120 mg fosfomycin/kg 3 or 4 times daily.
Dosage can be adjusted according to age and clinical condition.
