In early April 2025, the Project Viability Evaluation (PVE) team of Orioled Hub completed an important business trip to China, marking the official start of quality assessment activities from the pre-production phase of the Reiwapharm factory project.
This was the first time since its establishment that the PVE team directly inspected and evaluated the capabilities of raw pharmaceutical suppliers—a significant milestone aimed at ensuring quality and stability across the entire supply chain for Reiwapharm and the contract-manufactured products of TV TPI.
During this trip, the PVE team visited three factories:
- Jiangsu Coben Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
- Harbin Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd.
- Zhejiang Hongyuan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.
Throughout the inspection process, the PVE team conducted a comprehensive assessment of the factories’ quality management systems, including raw material control procedures, production management, finished product testing, and related technical documentation.
Ensuring Quality from the Source – A Strategic Approach by PVE
Supplier assessment is not just a mandatory process but a strategic step in controlling product quality from the very beginning. The strict evaluation criteria play a crucial role in guaranteeing high-quality input, contributing to enhanced production efficiency and product quality at the Reiwapharm factory.
Laying the Foundation for a Sustainable Supply Chain
Proactively assessing suppliers from the outset has helped establish a solid foundation for building an internationally standardized raw material supply chain, supporting the long-term development vision of the Reiwapharm project.
Orioled Hub remains committed to maintaining strict quality standards while expanding its evaluation and control system, aiming to create a sustainable pharmaceutical production ecosystem that serves public health both domestically and internationally.
