FROM THE CLASSROOM TO THE WORKPLACE – A CHALLENGING TRANSITION
Vietnam’s pharmaceutical industry is entering a period of strong growth while gradually strengthening its domestic manufacturing capabilities in line with international standards. This creates numerous career opportunities for pharmacy students in the future. However, the transition from university to the corporate environment always presents many challenges. Beyond professional knowledge, individuals need to understand professional expectations and continuously develop essential skills and capabilities.
With the goal of contributing to the development of Vietnam’s pharmaceutical workforce, not only through strong professional expertise but also through well-rounded skills, TV TPI collaborated with Reiwapharm Pharmaceutical Factory and Chuyen Nha Duoc to organize the BeeTalk – Chuyện nghề, Chuyện mình program at the School of Pharmacy – University of Medicine and Pharmacy at Ho Chi Minh City.
