On the occasion of Vietnamese Women’s Day (October 20th), TV TPI and Reiwapharm, in collaboration with the trade unions of the units, successfully organized a mini plant pot decoration workshop themed “Colour – Shine in Your Own Way,” allowing our ladies to unleash their creativity alongside a variety of lovely gifts.
Thoughtful Gifts Prepared by the Trade Union
TV TPI & Reiwapharm currently has more than 200 union members, including over 100 female employees. Therefore, caring for the spiritual well-being and rights of union members has always been a top priority for the Trade Union.
On this special holiday, wishing to honor the relentless efforts of our female union members while offering words of encouragement, the Trade Union of TV TPI & Reiwapharm prepared beautiful gift bags and fresh flower baskets to deliver directly to our female personnel. Through these tokens of appreciation, the Trade Union hopes that the ladies will continue to strive for learning, develop solid professional expertise, and walk hand-in-hand with TV TPI and Reiwapharm on the journey ahead.
“Colour” Workshop – A Space for Ladies to Express Their Artistic Flair
Aiming to create a relaxing space for female staff outside of their dedicated working hours, the workshop “Colour – Shine in Your Own Way” was held over two days, October 19th and 20th, at the headquarters of TV TPI and Reiwapharm.
Under the theme “Colour,” over 100 ladies were free to paint and create in their own styles on small plant pots. Everyone made distinct choices: some chose cute, simple character illustrations, while others opted for intricate, multi-colored designs. The end results of the workshop were colorful plant pots that truly embodied the spirit of “Shine in Your Own Way”.
The Vietnamese Women’s Day celebration concluded in a joyful atmosphere, leaving behind wonderful memories and further strengthening solidarity across branches and departments. Dedicated at work and creative in life – the “leading ladies” at TV TPI and Reiwapharm continue to affirm their irreplaceable role in building a robust corporate culture. Once again, we wish all our female personnel to always keep their passion burning bright, stay radiant with joy, and continue achieving great success on their journey accompanying the company.
