In the festive and joyful atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival, TV TPI and Reiwapharm continued their journey of bringing moonlight to children in remote areas. The destination for this year’s “Bringing moon to village” project was Le Loi Primary School, Bu Dang Commune, Dong Nai Province.
Nestled on a slope in Bu Dang Commune, Dong Nai Province, Le Loi Primary School is a small campus home to nearly 100 students from kindergarten to 5th grade. Most of the students belong to the Stieng ethnic minority group, whose families rely on farming and face many economic hardships. Beyond organizing a fun-filled Mid-Autumn event, this was also a meaningful opportunity for TV TPI to reach out and support these young learners with better educational resources.
Early in the morning, a team of 25 project ambassadors boarded a bus bound for Bu Dang Commune. Spending the entire day at the school, team members busily prepared each gift pack and carefully arranged every meal to give the children the most heartwarming Mid-Autumn celebration possible.
During the event, over 130 gift sets containing notebooks, school supplies, milk, and various sweets were directly handed to the students. A highlight of the day was the lantern assembling activity. Under the dedicated guidance of the ambassadors, each child hand-assembled their very own Mid-Autumn lantern. The moment hundreds of glowing lanterns lit up together during the night parade created a warm and magical atmosphere, leaving beautiful memories in the hearts of both the children and the ambassadors.
Going beyond bringing joy and festive spirit, TV TPI and Reiwapharm also presented practical and encouraging gifts to the school and students in difficult circumstances:
- 01 Water Purifier System: Providing the school and students with access to safe, clean drinking water for their daily health.
- 10 Health Insurance Packages: Granted to 10 students from underprivileged backgrounds to help ease the financial burden on their families during medical care, giving them peace of mind to continue their education.
- 10 Compassion Gift Packs: Supporting local households facing severe economic difficulties in Bu Dang Commune.
The success of the “Bringing moon to village” program was made possible not only by the dedicated efforts of the 25 ambassadors on site, but also through the joint contributions and unity of over 200 staff members across TV TPI and Reiwapharm. Furthermore, the event received enthusiastic support from the Board of Management of Le Loi Primary School and local authorities in Bu Dang Commune throughout its execution.
Although the “Bringing moon to village” journey has come to a close, the innocent smiles and warm spirit will continue to spread—serving as motivation for TV TPI and Reiwapharm to persistently carry out more impactful Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in the future.
