TV Trade Promotion Pharmaceutical & Investment Company Limited (TV TPI) would like to announce that it has been granted Environmental License No. 58/GPMT-BQL dated December 13, 2024, by the Management Board of Industrial Zones of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province
Pursuant to Point a, Clause 1, Article 102 of Government Decree No. 08/2022/ND-CP dated January 10, 2022, detailing a number of articles of the Law on Environmental Protection:
“a) Publicly disclose on the website of the investment project owner, facility, investor in construction and commercial operation of infrastructure in concentrated production, business, and service areas or industrial clusters, or at the headquarters of the Commune-level People’s Committee where the investment project, facility, concentrated production, business, service area, or industrial cluster is located.”
In compliance with the aforementioned regulations, TV TPI hereby publicly discloses its environmental information and stands ready to cooperate with relevant authorities in monitoring and inspection activities as required by law.
