Closing a year-long journey marked by extraordinary efforts and strong transformation, the executive leadership and entire staff of TV TPI shared emotional moments of reunion at the Year End Party 2025 (YEP 2025). Themed “OH Spring Festival,” the event served not only as an occasion to review strategic milestones but also as a bridge strengthening collective cohesion, opening a promising new chapter for 2026.
“YEP 2025: OH Spring Festival” Recreates a Traditional Cultural Space Rich in Vietnamese Tet Atmosphere
Amid modern life, the Lunar New Year and traditional village festivals hold a sacred place in the hearts of Vietnamese people, symbolizing good fortune, peace, and new beginnings. Desiring to bring these noble cultural values into a corporate bonding space, TV TPI recreated a vibrant “OH Spring Festival,” filled with spring colors and cheerful laughter.
Here, TV-ers had the opportunity to immerse themselves in a nostalgic Tet market space featuring childhood folk games such as Bau Cua Tom Ca (gourd-crab-shrimp-fish dice game), Banh Chuyen (bamboo jacks), O An Quan (Mandarin square capturing), and Nem Lon (can toss), alongside experiencing the traditional arts of To He figurine modeling and requesting calligraphic artwork from a Master Calligrapher (Ong Do). In addition to traditional touches, the festival space was enhanced with a modern flair through an instant photo booth area, helping members capture joyful reunion moments with close colleagues.
A Moment to Reflect on the Remarkable Efforts of the Orioled Hub Collective
Following the lively cultural experience activities, “YEP 2025: OH Spring Festival” officially entered its main banquet program – a solemn moment to recognize persistent dedication and collectively look forward to more comprehensive growth milestones in the next phase.
Opening the gala evening was an energetic artistic performance by the TV Art Club, bringing a festive spring welcoming atmosphere. Right after, the entire hall looked back on the past 365-day journey through the Video Recap 2025. Impressive metrics and major completed projects served as clear proof of the collective’s solidarity and joint efforts.
The highlight of the ceremony was the awards program honoring outstanding individuals and collectives in 2025:
- Expressing gratitude to OH-ers who have accompanied and stayed committed to the company for 3 and 5 consecutive years.
- Honoring 03 departments/projects with exceptional achievements in 2025.
- Commending 16 outstanding employee faces who were always pioneering and achieved high productivity in their work.
Every employee and department represents a solid link building toward success and sustainable growth. TV TPI hopes these recognitions will serve as great motivation for the workforce to continue working with peace of mind and maximizing their potential.
Strong Internal Capacity, Confident Breakthroughs Towards a Radiant 2026
One of the highlights at “YEP 2025: OH Spring Festival” was the Calligraphy Auction segment. The unique item of the auction was a calligraphic banner featuring four characters: “Hoa Khi Sinh Tai” (Harmony Creates Prosperity), handwritten and gifted by Mr. Dinh Hoang Anh, Chairman of the Members’ Board, in both Vietnamese script and Nom characters.
- Hoa (和) – Harmony: Harmony, setting aside ego to achieve consensus and avoid conflict.
- Khi (氣) – Vital Energy: Positive energy and understanding emanating from a collective.
- Sinh (生) – Growth/Generation: Natural emergence according to cause and effect: sowing good “seeds” reaps sweet “fruits.”
- Tai (財/才) – Talent & Wealth: In Chinese characters, Talent (才) is often seen as the root that generates Wealth/Assets (财). In Vietnamese, the term “Tai” is commonly used for both concepts, forming rich compound words.
“Hoa Khi Sinh Tai” – 4 concise characters carrying the vision of creating a healthy, harmonious working environment where talents are invested in, developed, and empowered to shine in their respective fields. It is precisely this humanistic cultural foundation and solidarity that will become a solid launchpad for TV TPI to confidently step into a new era of growth.
